‘I am the trustee’: My mother set up a trust for my sibling who stole $100,000 from a bank. Can the trust be seized?

My mother passed away a few years ago. 

Three siblings were given equal shares, but mom established a trust for one sibling who was not trustworthy. I am the trustee of my sibling’s trust. The sibling defrauded a bank out of $100,000 and there is a civil judgment against them. Felony charges are pending.
