Apple M4 MacBook Air 512GB now $300 off orig. price, but you can score the same M5 for $50 more

Amazon’s clearance deals on the M4 MacBook Air have been quite popular, albeit getting much harder to come by. We have caught a few models popping back in stock at the heavily discounted rate, and it is now once again offering the 15-inch 512GB model at $300 off the original list price in silver, however that is only $50 less than the most comparable M5’s sale price right now. Details below.  

Amazon is now offering the silver model 15-inch M4 MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and the 512GB storage capacity down at $1,099 shipped. This deal is not likely to stay in stock for very long if the last few weeks are any indication. 

You’re looking at a configuration that launched at $1,399 last year and is now $300 less than that to deliver the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon for this setup. 

However, by comparison to the brand new M5 MacBook Air, this deal on the M4 is $200 less than the list price on a 15-inch M5 MacBook Air 16GB/512GB, but only $50 less than sale price we are tracking on one right now. Because of the pricing structure on the new M5 lineup’s upgraded storage tiers, the 512GB 15-inch model is actually less pricey than it was last generation – while the M4 deal here is significantly less than the MSRP on the M5, it’s not all that much less than the deal price we are tracking right now on one:

New M5 MacBook Air prices starting to jump back up, get in there now while they are still $150 off

iPhone Air hits all-time low pricing today at nearly $150 off (Brand new, unlocked)

Alongside this week’s holiday pricing on AirPods Pro 3 and Apple Watch Series 11 at $100 off from $299, Best Buy has now updated its Ultimate Upgrade sale with a notable discount on iPhone Air. You’ll now find all unlocked configurations and colors at near $150 off the list price. 

Best Buy is now offering the 256GB iPhone Air down at $849.99 while the 512GB and 1TB models are receiving the same discount down to $1,049.99 and $1,249.99, respectively. 

This the lowest price we have ever tracked on unlocked, brand new condition iPhone Air units from a reputable retailer since release last September.

While we have seen price drops on iPhone Air twice before today, this is the best yet. The first deal was $49 off, the second at $99 off, and today we are setting a new low at $149 off the unlocked list price you’ll find at Apple. 

There are now renewed listings on Amazon for less than this – about $40 less, depending on the configuration, to be more specific – but they are largely only available from third-party sellers at this point. 

Straight up cash discounts on brand new unlocked and current-generation iPhone models are extremely rare from the major retailers, but Best Buy is getting specifically aggressive with Apple’s new ultra-thin model today as it ramps up the deals for the final weekend of its Ultimate Upgrade Sale. 

This silver 24GB M5 MacBook Pro is $223 off its launch price, now at best price of the year

While some of the MacBook Pro deals we were featuring earlier this week have now jumped back up in price, you can land the silver M5 24GB/512GB model at the lowest price we have tracked in 2026. 

Amazon is slightly undercutting just about all major retailers on the silver M5 MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage at $1,776 shipped right now. The Space Black is also on sale at $1,799.

This particular configuration launched in late 2025 at $1,999. Apple, has however, upgraded the storage tiers on the M5 lineup, leaving this model with a lower $1,899 list price as of last month. 

Nonetheless, you are looking at the lowest price we have tracked on the silver model at Amazon this year and the best price we can find – this machine is at $1,799 at just about all retailers offering deals on it right now. 

The Space Black version of this config did drop down a touch lower than this to $1,769, but that deal was only live for a few hours back in mid March. 

As mentioned above, we have started to see pricing jump back up on select 2026 M5 Pro models, but for those of you who are looking towards the more powerful machine, the best deals still live are waiting for you below:
